摘要
针对特高压输电线路施工特点,研制了90 kN高空用智能紧线机,并在±800 kV白江线、±800 kV白浙线,1000 kV荆武线等特高压输电线路工程中,针对紧线二道保护、子导线调整、附件安装提线等工序特点,开展了智能紧线机施工应用研究,从本质上改变了施工工艺,提高了输电线路紧线二道保护、子导线调节及附件安装施工的机械化水平,从本质上降低安全风险,具有较好的综合效益。
According to the construction characteristics of UHV transmission lines,a 90 kN high-altitude intelligent wire tightening machine has been developed.In the UHV transmission line projects such as the±800 kV Baijiang Line,the±800 kV Baizhe Line and the 1000 kV Jingwu line,the paper aims at the process characteristics of the wire tightening protection,sub-conductor adjustment and accessory installation to carry out the application research of intelligent wire tightening machine,which has essentially changed the construction technology,improves the mechanization level of second wire tightening protection of transmission line,sub-conductor regulation and accessory installation,and reduced the safety risk,thus obtaining good comprehensive benefits.
