摘要
河网地区特高压线路杆塔往往处于湖泊、河流之中。开展带电消缺工作时,受地形、地貌限制,作业项目开展难度大,安全风险高,极大制约了带电作业的正常开展。从人员活动、工器具防潮、进出等电位工艺研究等三个方面论证河网地区特高压带电作业可行性。从实际带电作业角度出发,探索新技术、新方法,研制出水上作业平台搭建方法、绝缘工器具防潮桶,探索出一套适合河网地区特高压带电作业进出等电位的工艺流程,填补了带电作业在河网地区特高压输电线路方面的空白,为特高压输电线路带电检修作业的开展提供了有力支撑,确保线路稳定运行具有极大的参考意义和推广价值。
UHV line towers in river net areas are often located in lakes and rivers.When live troubleshooting is being conducted,limited by terrain and landform,the operation project is difficult to carry out,and the safety risk is also high,which greatly restricts the normal development of live work.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of UHV live operation in river net areas from three aspects:personnel activities,moisture-proof of tools and appliances,and in-out equipotential process flow research.And then,from the perspective of actual live operation,the paper explores new technology and new methods,develops the construction method of water working platform and moisture-proof bucket for insulation tools and appliances,and also tracks out a set of in-out equipotential process flow suitable for live work in river net areas,which fills in the blank of live work in UHV transmission lines in river net areas,and provides strong support for the live repair work of UHV transmission lines.
