摘要 为探究半夏组培苗的生根条件与移栽技术,在半夏的组培生根阶段,分别添加不同配比的NAA(1-naphthlcetic acid)和IBA(indole-3-butyric acid)两种激素浓度进行诱导生根,比较生根苗平均生根数、平均根长、生根率和根质量,同时将半夏组培苗移栽于6种不同基质中,比较1周后移栽苗的成活率。结果显示,半夏小苗生根最为理想的NAA和IBA配比为0.5 mg/L和0.4 mg/L,蛭石与珍珠岩按1∶1的比例配制的基质最为理想,既保湿又透气,最易于半夏组培苗的成活,同时幼苗生长健壮,为最佳基质。 In order to explore the rooting conditions and transplanting techniques of Pinellia ternata tissue culture seedlings,in the rooting stage of Pinellia ternata,NAA(1-naphthlcetic acid)and IBA(indole-3-butyric acid)hormones with different proportions were added to induce rooting,and compared the average rooting number,average root length,rooting rate and root quality of rooting seedlings.At the same time,the tissue culture seedlings of Pinellia ternata were transplanted into six different substrates,and six different transplant substrates were set.Compared the survival rate of transplanted seedlings after 1 week,the result shows that NAA0.5mg/L and 0.4 mg/L was the most ideal medium for the rooting of Pinellia ternata seedlings,and the ratio of perlite 1:1 of vermiculite is both moisturizing and breathable,which is the best substrate for the survival of Pinellia ternata tissue culture seedlings and the robust growth of seedlings.
