摘要
针对农业温室大棚温湿度每天变化不同的特点,采用基于复合PID控制算法的农业测控系统结合温度湿度每天变化趋势的方式,精准控制环境参数设计了一套集数据处理与控制为一体的大棚测控系统,可通过手机app和PC端远程访问智慧大棚,实时了解大棚内农作物的生长状况。仿真实验结果表明:该算法的测控精度、响应速度均优于常规PID算法,能更好地满足实践要求。为了减少环境参数采集误差,在传统PID算法的基础上,采用分段、分类控制的复合PID算法进行调节。
According to the different characteristics of temperature and humidity changes in agricultural greenhouses every day,the agricultural measurement and control system based on the compound PID control algorithm is used to accurately control the environmental parameters combined with the trend of temperature and humidity changes every day.A greenhouse measurement and control system integrating data processing and control is designed.The smart greenhouse can be accessed remotely through mobile phone app and PC terminal,and the growth status of crops in the greenhouse can be known in real time.The simulation results showed that the measurement and control accuracy and response speed of the algorithm are better than the conventional PID algorithm,which can meet the practical requirements.In order to reduce the acquisition error of environmental parameters,this paper adopted the compound PID algorithm with segmentation and classification control on the basis of the traditional PID algorithm.
