在中国澳門開展玻璃體視網膜手術治療增殖型糖尿病性視網膜病變(附三例治療報告)

Vitreoretinal Surgery for Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy in Macao region(3 Cases Report)

目的結合本澳的實際情況,探討玻璃體視網膜手術治療糖尿病性視網膜病變的手術時機。方法採用玻璃體視網膜手術治療3例(3隻眼)增殖型糖尿病性視網膜病變。結果其中2眼視力分別從術前指數/30cm和0.04,術後分別恢復到0.4和0.3;另一眼視力從術前0.02下降到術後眼前20cm手動。結論根據糖尿病性視網膜病變的自然病程,及隨著近年來玻璃體視網膜手術的技巧'器械的進步和改良,爲了使病人獲得較佳的治療效果,作者認爲糖尿病性視網膜病變引起的玻璃體出血,如果影響了用激光作視網膜光凝治療-則應該儘早手術治療。

Objective Diabetic retinopathy is one of the leading causes of blindness in the world.Vitreoretinal surgery is a necessary and effective treatmeant for proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).To assess the time of PDR treated with vitreoretinal surgery.Methods Vitreoretinal surgery was performed in 3 patients.Results Postoperative the best corrected visual acuities(BCVA)of 2 eyes were recovered from CF/30cm and 0.04 to 0.4 and 0.3 respectively.Of the third eye,the BCVA was deteriorated from 0.02 to HM/20cm.Conclusion For the best result,the authors suggested that vitreoretinal surgery should be performed in patient of PDR as soon as possible when vitreous hemorrhage affected the photocoagulation.
