On the Attributes of Cultural heritage:Liveliness,Publicity and Heredity

习近平总书记历来重视文化遗产保护、传承和利用,特别是党的十八大以来,就文化遗产事业作出了一系列重要论述,深刻揭示了文化遗产的基本属性、根本属性和本质属性。对“文化生态”的强调揭示了文化遗产“活态性”这一基本属性;“以人民为中心”,让人民群众有更多获得感,揭示了文化遗产权益“公共性”这一根本属性;科学洞见文化遗产的“基因性”,拓展和深化了对文化遗产本质属性的认识。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the protection,inheritance and utilization of cultural heritage.Especially since the 18thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of important expositions have been made on cultural heritage,which profoundly revealed the basic,fundamental and essential attributes of cultural heritage.The emphasis on“cultural ecology”reveals the basic attribute of“liveliness”of cultural heritage;“people-centered”,which aims to give the people more sense of gain,reveals the fundamental attribute of“publicity”of cultural heritage;scientific insight into the“heredity”of cultural heritage expands and deepens the understanding of the essential attributes of cultural heritage.
