以“屏”为劳:社区团购平台中团长的“劳工化”探究

摘要 新媒介技术的普及催生了互联网平台用工的新职业形态。以美团优选、多多买菜为代表的社区团购平台在后疫情时代异军突起。从传播政治经济学视角出发,对15位团长进行参与式观察和半结构式访谈,研究发现:团购平台通过分成规则设计下的“赶工游戏”、工作与休闲边界消弭的“时间困境”、“钱情交换”下的情感劳动这三种资本逻辑实现对团长的侵蚀与剥削,同时团长通过合理利用规则、关闭接入通口等自主性策略回应平台的控制,力图争取劳动话语权,维护公平性利益。 The popularization of new media technology has given birth to the new career form of Internet platform employment.Community group-buying platforms represented by Meituan and Pinduoduo have being sprung up rapidly in the post-epidemic era.From the perspective of the political economy of communication,this paper conducts participatory observation and semi-structured interviews with fifteen group-buying brokers.The research finds that:group buying platforms exploit group-buying brokers through three kinds of capital logic,namely,“Catch-up Games”under the design of the division rules,the“Time Dilemma”of eliminating the boundary between work and leisure,and emotional labor under“Exchange Money and Love”.At the same time,the head of the delegation responded to the control of the platform by making rational use of rules,closing access ports and other autonomous strategies,endeavoring to win the right to speak in labor and safeguard the interests of fairness.
