摘要
小分子热休克蛋白(small heat shock proteins,sHSPs)是众多热休克蛋白(heat shock proteins,HSPs)中的一大类,包括HSPB1、HSPB5、HSPB6、HSPB8等。近来研究表明,它们在许多信号通路扮演关键角色,这些信号通路与肿瘤的发生、抗放疗和凋亡的抑制有着许多联系,尤其是在肿瘤凋亡方面。本文对sHSPs在肿瘤凋亡途径方面予以综述。
Small heat shock proteins(sHSPs)are a large group of many heat shock proteins(HSPs),including HSPB1,HSPB5,HSPB6,and HSPB8.Recent studies have shown that they play key roles in many signaling pathways that have many connections with tumorigenesis,anti-radiation,and apoptosis inhibition,especially in tumor apoptosis.In this paper,the effects of sHSPs on tumor apoptosis pathways are reviewed.
