澳門地區登革熱413例臨床分析

Analysis of 413 cases of dengue fever(DF)in China Macao Kiang Wu Hospital

目的總結澳門地區登革熱病例臨床特點。方法回顧性分析中國澳門鏡湖醫院2001年8月〜12月413例登革熱抗體陽性住院病例。結果(1)登革熱主要發生在人口密集的中國澳門半島,佔96.13%。發病高峰集中在9、10月份。(2)各年齡易感,以30〜80歲居多。(3)本次流行證實爲登革病毒Ⅱ型感染、以發熱、疼痛、皮疹、出血爲主要臨床症狀。實驗室檢查提示白細胞減少、血小板減少、肝酶升高發生率高。(4)經治療,全部病例治癒或好轉。結論澳門地區登革熱以發熱、皮疹、白細胞減少,血小板減少爲臨床特點,經適當治療,預後良好。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of dengue fever in Macao region.Method The 413 cases of dengue fever between August and December 2001 in Kiang Wu Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results(1).DF mainly occurred in Macao region peninsula which has a dense populationiAoccupying 96.13%.The peak incidence is in September and October.(2).All age groups involvediAespecially among 30-80 years old.(3).It is proved to be Type Ⅱ dengue virus infection.It is characterized by fever,pain,rashes and hemorrhage.The clinical laboratory findings include leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and elevated liver enzyme levels in the serum.(4).After treatment,all cases are recovered/get better.Conclusions The dengue fever in Macao region is characterized by fever,pain,rashes,hemorrhage,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia.The prognosis is good.
