新生兒骨折、脫位33例臨床病例分析

Clinical analysis of 33 newborns with fractures and dislocations

目的探討新生兒骨折脫位的原因及治療方法,方法將33例新生兒骨折脫位分類并進行隨訪。結果31例痊癒,2例死亡。結論新生兒骨折脫位採用非手術治療,皆能獲得良好效果。手術治療將加重軟組織骨或骨輻的損傷,而導致骨發育和肢體功能障礙。

Objective To study the reasons and treatments of newborn with fractures and dislocations.Methods Classification and follow-up of 33 newborns with fractures and dislocations.Results 31 cases recovered and 2cases died.Conclusions Newborn with fractures and dislocations having non・operative treatments can gain good effectiveness malfunction.Operations will injury the soft-tissue bones and epiphysis、and result in obstruction of bones development and members function.
