摘要
柴油机的排放升级及降低燃油耗的需求对柴油机往复运动件提出了更高的要求,其中活塞环作为柴油机最重要的往复运动件之一,对降低排放和减少燃油耗有着非常重要的作用。在应用低弹力活塞环组时,需要满足窜气量和机油耗指标,并在可靠性耐久试验中保持稳定的性能。借助动力学分析软件,以某3.0 L国六b柴油机活塞环为例,提出活塞环组优化设计。优化设计后的活塞环组通过了柴油机试验的验证,可满足柴油机性能要求。
The demand of emission upgrading and the fuel consumption reducing for diesel engine put forward higher requirements for reciprocating parts of the diesel engine.As one of the most important reciprocating moving parts,piston ring plays a very important role in reducing emission indicators and fuel consumption indicators.It is necessary to meet the air blow by and lubricate oil consumption in⁃dexes,and maintain stable performance in the reliability and durability test when applying the piston ring set with low friction power consumption.Taking the piston ring of a 3.0 L CN6b diesel engine as an ex⁃ample,an optimized piston ring group design is proposed by dynamics analysis software.The optimized piston ring group has passed the verification of diesel engine test and met the engine performance require⁃ments.
