船用中速柴油机排气摇臂的轻量化设计

摘要 为实现柴油机排气摇臂的轻量化设计要求,针对某船用中速柴油机排气摇臂,采用有限元分析软件进行结构强度分析,并在此基础上进行结构拓扑优化;根据拓扑优化结果,优化排气摇臂的设计方案,并重新进行强度校核验证。对优化前后排气摇臂的质量、应力、刚度等参数进行对比分析,结果表明:优化后排气摇臂的质量减少了24.5%,最大等效应力增大了117.3%,最大等效应力小于材料屈服强度,满足结构强度要求。 In order to fulfill the lightweight design requirements of diesel engine exhaust rocker arm,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the structural strength of the exhaust rocker arm for a marine medium speed diesel engine.Based on this,the structural topology optimization is car⁃ried out.The design scheme of the exhaust rocker arm is changed according to the topology optimization results,and the strength results is carried out again.Through the analysis of the mass,stress,stiffness and other parameters of the exhaust rocker before and after optimization,the results show that the mass of the exhaust rocker after optimization is reduced by 24.5%,the maximum equivalent stress is increased by 117.3%,and the stress is less than the material yield strength,meeting the structural strength require⁃ments.
