基于古今医案云平台的中医药治疗胸痹心痛病组方规律研究

Research on the Formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Heart Pain Based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform

目的通过数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗胸痹心痛病的用药规律。方法运用古今医案云平台检索中医药治疗胸痹心痛病的有效验案,分析药物的使用频次、四气五味归经等处方的用药规律。结果共纳入104首方剂,中药使用频次较高的前5位分别为丹参、炙甘草、薤白、红花、川芎。药物四气主要以温、平为主;五味主要以甘苦辛味为主;归经主要以心经为主。结论医家用药多以温性活血化瘀为主,以丹参居多,治疗多以气血同治、虚实兼顾、养心通络之法。

Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart pain through data mining.Methods The ancient and modern medical record cloud platform is used to retrieve the effective cases of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart pain,the platform was used to analyze the frequency of drug use,the four qi and five flavors to analyze the medication rules of prescriptions.Results A total of 104 prescriptions were included,and the top 5 most frequently used Chinese medicines were Danshen,Zhigancao,Xiebai,Honghua and Chuanxiong.The four qi of the medicine were mainly warm and neutral;the five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,pungent;the meridians was mainly heart meridian.Conclusion Physicians mostly use warm blood circulation to remove blood stasis,mostly Danshen.The treatment is mostly based on the treatment of qi and blood,the combination of deficiency and excess,and the method of nourishing heart and dredging collaterals.
