食管癌症状群研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Symptom Cluster Studies in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的对国内外食管癌症状群的研究进行文献计量学分析,为临床实践及护理研究提供参考。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方科技期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中截止2022年2月24日发表的有关食管癌症状群研究的中英文文献,并进行描述性统计分析。结果最终纳入符合标准的文献9篇,其中横断面研究8篇,纵向研究1篇。每篇文献提取的症状群数量为3~6个,其中每个症状群中的症状数目为2~7个。疲乏相关症状群、消化道症状群、进食困难症状群为食管癌患者常见的症状群。结论目前国内外对食管癌症状群的研究尚处于起步阶段,文献数量少且研究结果存在争议。未来症状群研究需进一步规范统一,开展更多高质量的研究,从而探索出具有临床共识的食管癌症状群,促进临床实践中食管癌症状的管理。

Objective To provide reference for clinical practice and nursing research by literature metrology analysis of the study on esophageal cancer symptom clusters at home and abroad.Methods Chinese and English literatures on esophageal cancer symptom clusters published up to February 24,2022 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed and Web of Science were searched by computer,and descriptive statistical analysis was performed.Results Nine articles were included,including 8 cross-sectional studies and 1 longitudinal study.The number of symptom groups extracted from each literature was 3 to 6,and the number of symptoms in each symptom group was 2 to 7.Fatigue symptom group,digestive tract symptom group and feeding difficulty symptom group were common symptom clusters of esophageal cancer patients.Conclusion At present,the study of esophageal cancer symptom cluster is still in its infancy,with few literatures and controversial results.In the future,the study of esophageal cancer symptom clusters should be further standardized and unified,and more high-quality studies should be carried out,so as to explore the esophageal cancer symptom clusters with clinical consensus and promote the management of esophageal cancer symptoms in clinical practice.
