Characterization of PPy/Fe_(2)O_(3) Composite Absorbing Polyester-cotton Fabric

摘要 以涤棉织物为基布,采用工艺简单的溶胶-凝胶法和原位聚合法两步制备了PPy/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合吸波涤棉织物,首先研究了其吸波性能和磁性能,其次通过场发射扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射谱和X射线光电子能谱,在微观层次对其微观形貌、表面官能团、表面元素以及物相组成进行分析。结果表明:在1 GHz~18 GHz的范围内,反射损耗在11.9 GHz处达到最低,为-13.6 dB,可以吸收95.6%的电磁波,有效吸波带宽达到5.6 GHz(8.6 GHz~14.2 GHz);复合织物的磁滞回线显示剩余磁化强度为0.002 emu/g,矫顽力为82.53 Oe,呈现弱铁磁性。制备的Fe_(2)O_(3)呈现不规则块状、制备的PPy呈现菜花状,附着在纤维表面。 Taking polyester-cotton fabric as substrate, PPy/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite absorbing polyester-cotton fabric was prepared by the simple sol-gel method and in-situ polymerization method. Firstly, the absorbing properties and magnetic properties were studied. Secondly, the microstructure, surface functional groups, surface elements, and phase composition were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that in the range of 1-18 GHz, the reflection loss reached the lowest value of-13.6 dB at 11.9 GHz, which could absorb 95.6% of the electromagnetic wave, and the effective absorption bandwidth reached 5.6 GHz(8.6 GHz-14.2 GHz). The hysteresis loop of the composite fabric showed that the residual magnetization was 0.002 emu/g and the coercivity was 82.53 Oe, showing weak ferromagnetism. The prepared Fe_(2)O_(3)presented an irregular block, and the prepared PPy presented a cauliflower shape and adhered to the fiber surface.
