摘要
以棉织物为基材,利用单宁酸独特的粘附特性进行表面改性处理并功能化接枝两性金属离子,制备了疏水性良好的TA/Fe^(3+)-cotton。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)及接触角测量仪等表征了其微观形态和润湿性能。结果表明,改性棉织物具有较好的疏水特性,最佳制备条件下改性棉织物的静态水接触角可达142.5°。
By using the unique adhesion characteristic of tannic acid for surface modification and functional grafting of amphoteric metal ions, TA/Fe^(3+)-cotton with good hydrophobicity was prepared by taking cotton fabric as the substrate. The microstructure and wettability were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and contact angle measuring instrument. The results showed that the modified cotton fabric had good hydrophobicity, and the static water contact angle of the modified cotton fabric could reach 142.5 ° under the optimal preparation conditions.
