基于经络检测仪探讨阳虚体质经络能量分布特点

Exploring Meridian Energy Distribution in Yang Deficiency Constitution Based on Meridian Detector

目的:采用经络检测仪检测经络能量值,从客观指标上研究阳虚体质经络能量分布特点。方法:依据九种常见体质分型,对纳入的261例研究对象进行体质判别分型,将偏颇体质中占比最多的98例阳虚质与100例平和质进行比较,经卡方检验,发现阳虚质人群经络能量分布特点,同时将其他体质(阴虚质)与平和质进行比较,从而探讨阳虚质人群经络能量分布的特异性。结果:体质为阳虚质者大肠经、三焦经、胃经能量值偏低,肝经、小肠经、脾经能量值偏高,与平和质相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与其他体质经络能量分布进行对比,阳虚体质人群的经络能量分布具有特异性。结论:中医经络检测仪对于临床上客观化诊断阳虚体质具有重要的参考意义。本研究发现阳虚质人群以阳气虚为本,同时内生积滞,致使相关脏腑经络出现偏低或偏高,从而导致相关病变。

Objective:To study the characteristics of meridian energy distribution in Yang deficiency constitution from objective indicators based on meridian energy values detected by meridian detector.Methods:According to the nine kinds of body constitutions commonly seen,261 cases included in the study were differentiated into different body constitutions.98 cases of Yang deficiency,which accounted for the largest proportion of the biased body constitutions,were compared with 100 cases of normal constitutions,and the characteristics of meridian energy distribution in Yang deficiency population were found by Chi-square test.The other types of body constitution(Yin deficiency)were compared with the normal ones,proving the specificity of meridian energy distribution in the population with Yang deficiency.Results:According to the meridian energy detector survey,it was found that those with Yang deficiency had low energy values in Large Intestine meridian,Sanjiao meridian and Stomach meridian,and high energy values in Liver meridian,Small Intestine meridian and Spleen meridian,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).When compared with the meridian energy distribution of other constitutions,the meridian energy distribution showed specificity in Yang deficiency constitution.Conclusion:This study found that meridian detector had a significance in objectively clinical diagnosis of Yang deficiency.In people with Yang deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency is the root cause,and at the same time,internal stagnation is generated,resulting in low or high energy distribution in the meridians of the relevant organs,which leads to correspondingly lesions.
