基于转录组学的结直肠癌中医证候研究进展

Research Progress on TCM Syndrome of CRC Based on Transcriptomics

转录组学作为精准医疗的研究热点,在分析肿瘤发生和发展的分子机理、挖掘肿瘤生物标志物方面有明显优势。本文通过分析转录组学及相关差异蛋白表达在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)中的应用,系统阐述了转录组学与结直肠癌的关系,进一步探讨转录组学及相关差异蛋白表达与中医证候辨证分型的联系,拓展中西医结合治疗结直肠癌的研究思路。发现转录组学的研究结果在分子生物学层次和中医理论相互解释,可见基于转录组学的CRC中医证候研究方法可行。

As a research hotspot in precision medicine,transcriptomics has obvious advantages in analyzing the molecular mechanism of occurrence and development of tumor and mining tumor biomarkers.By analyzing the application of transcriptomics and related differential protein expression in colorectal cancer(CRC),this study systematically expounded the relationship between transcriptomics and CRC,and further explored the relationship of transcriptomics and related differential protein expression with TCM syndrome differentiation.It expanded the research ideas of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of CRC,found the result of transcriptomics,and explained the disease in terms of molecular biology and TCM theory.It can be seen that TCM syndrome research of CRC based on transcriptomics is feasible.
