小区地下车库无梁楼盖方案比选与设计建议 被引量:1

THE SELECTION OF STRUCTURE AND DESIGN SUGGESTIONS ON FLAT-SLAB FLOOR STRUCTURE OF UNDERGROUND GARAGE

摘要 通过某两限房工程,对地下车库的无梁楼盖及梁板结构(主梁+大板)两种楼盖结构形式进行经济性对比,计算出两种结构形式的构件尺寸和层高差异,统计出了两种楼盖体系的综合经济指标差异,得出无梁楼盖体系经济性优于主梁加大板体系的结论。对地下车库无梁楼盖结构设计中的问题进行了总结与归纳,对如何考虑水平地震力对无梁楼盖的影响、是否应该设置暗梁、如何按照GB 50011—2010《建筑抗震设计规范》进行防脱落验算、无梁楼盖设计说明中应增加的特殊要求等问题提出具体的设计建议。 In this paper,the economic comparison is made of two types of floor structure between the flat-slab floor structure and the beam plate structure in the underground garage,taking a twolimit house as an example.The measurements of components and the height difference are calculated between the two structural forms,and the differences in comprehensive economic indicators of the two floor systems is analyzed.It is concluded that the flat-slab floor is better than the beam plate structure economically.The problems in the structural design of the flat-slab floor in the underground garage are summarized.Some specific design suggestions are put forward for a series of problems,such as how to consider the influence of horizontal seismic force on the flat-slab floor,whether to install inner beams,how to check the anti-falling calculation according to the GB 50011—2010 Code for Seismic Design of Building,and the special requirements should be added in the design notes.
