摘要
随着现代高层建筑各种立面造型的多样化,为满足现场施工要求,非常规吊篮的使用频率也越来越高,但目前关于非常规吊篮的计算缺乏相关规范。以兰溪市张山雷中医文化研究中心工程为例,对后支架抱箍梁式非常规吊篮安装的结构、钢丝绳安全性验算、吊篮抗倾覆验算、结构梁受力的验算、以及抱箍的角钢抗弯强度及螺杆受力验算进行了分析,指导了该工程非常规吊篮的施工,为同类型的后支架抱箍梁式非常规吊篮安装提供参考。
With the diversification of various facade shapes of modern high-rise buildings,in order to meet the requirements of on-site construction,the frequency of use of unconventional gondolas is also increasing,but there is currently a lack of relevant specifications for the calculation of unconventional gondolas.Taking the Zhangshanlei Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Research Center project in Lanxi City as an example,the structure of the rear support hoop beam type unconventional hanging basket installation,wire rope safety check,hanging basket anti-overturning check,structural beam force check,and hoop angle steel bending resistance.The strength and screw force check calculation are analyzed,which guides the construction of the unconventional gondola,and provides reference for the installation of the same type of unconventional gondola with a rear support hoop beam.
