摘要 国家会议中心二期序厅地上部分共3层,首层和2层结构为大跨度鱼腹钢梁,屋顶结构为超长平面桁架和大跨度悬挑桁架。针对不同的结构形式,采用地面拼装整根吊装、临时支撑分段吊装、双榀拼装吊装和逆序法施工等方法,解决了大跨度超重鱼腹梁吊装安装、超长平面桁架平面外稳定、悬挑桁架高精度安装和场地受限的拆塔通道钢结构安装的问题,快速高效地完成了施工,取得了良好的效果。 The overground part of the lobby of the China National Convention Center PhaseⅡhas three floors,of which the first and second floors adopt a long-span fish-belly steel beam structure,and the roof uses ultra-long plane truss and long-span cantilever truss structures.Various methods such as the whole ground assembly hoisting,the temporary support segment hoisting,the double truss assembly hoisting and the construction in reverse order are adopted pursuant to different structural forms,which solves the hoisting and installation of long-span overweight fish-belly beams,the out-of-plane stability of ultra-long plane trusses,high-precision installation of cantilever trusses and the steel structure installation of the tower demolition channel in limited site,thereby quickly and efficiently completing the construction and gaining good results.
