摘要
传统弧形管道加工制作存在弧形管道接头、支吊架数量过多、管道加工周期长、加工费用高等弊端,在总结传统施工工艺基础上,创新出一种三点煨弯法施工工艺,将直管段加工成需要的弧形管道,同弧度金属管道误差在±1mm,保证了管道加工的整体美观。
The traditional curved pipe production has such drawbacks as excess curved pipe joints and supports and hangers, long pipe processing cycle and high processing cost. In this paper, an innovative technology of three-point bending method is developed on the basis of summarizing the traditional construction technology, by which the straight pipe section can be processed into required curved pipe within an error of ±1 mm in metal pipes with the same arc, thereby ensuring the overall pipe beauty.
