抗侧力水平撑在超高层改造项目中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 某超高层改造项目因建筑造型需求,外框柱由2层斜柱向内收进2.6 m,斜柱上下楼层采用满层水平撑的形式,形成整体平面桁架形式,解决了由于外框柱倾斜引起的楼层附加侧力,保证了整体结构安全。同时有针对性地采取米字节点、H形水平撑横放、水平撑标高降低、自制门式吊架、改装升降车、严控施工流程等措施,解决了改造工程原结构偏差、水平撑及节点的施工数量大、操作空间受限、焊接难等问题,提高了施工效率,保证了施工质量。 In a super high-rise reconstruction project,due to the architectural model requirements,the outer frame columns are 2-layer slanted columns retracted inward by 2.6 m and the upper and lower floors of the slanted columns adopt full-floor horizontal brace to form an overall plane truss,thereby solving the additional lateral force on the floor caused by the inclination of outer frame columns and ensuring the safety of the overall structure.At the same time,such measures as star-shaped joints,horizontally placed H-shaped horizontal braces,lowered horizontal brace elevation,self-made portal hangers,modified lift trucks and strictly controlled construction processes are taken to solve problems of the reconstruction project’s original structure deviation,large construction quantity of horizontal braces and joints,limited operation space,difficult welding,etc.,which improves the construction efficiency and ensures the construction quality.
