Changing Trends in Shanghai’s Housing Needs and Countermeasures from the Perspective of Demographic Characteristics

针对不同人群住房需求,上海应构建“高端有市场、中端有支持、低端有保障”的住房供应体系。处理好住宅用地与新城、产业分布、交通线路、绿地等的关系,提高住房体系与产业结构的契合度,推动产城融合和职住平衡。通过城市更新,为完善品质生活配套服务拓展空间,构建多中心、组团式、紧凑型的住房用地格局。

To meet the housing needs of different groups of people,we should build a housing supply system with“market at the high end,support at the middle end and security at the low end”.The relationship between residential land and new cities,industrial distribution,traffic routes,green areas,etc.is handled well to improve the fit between the housing system and industrial structure,and to promote the integration of industry and city and the balance of jobs and housing.Through urban renewal,we will expand the space for improving the quality of life and supporting services,and build a multi-centered,grouped and compact housing land pattern.
