摘要
织构具有减摩抗磨、提升油膜稳定性的作用,但常出现织构减摩作用不足的情况。这是由于织构定向润滑作用的存在,使得织构排布方向对减摩作用产生不同影响。采用仿真和试验方法,设计了混合摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损试验,以摩擦系数和磨损量作为评价标准,确定非对称织构的最佳排布方向。织构边缘与接触面摩擦方向夹角接近90°时减摩效率最高,比摩擦系数较夹角为0°时降低34%,磨损量降低78.43%。研究表明,在同参数同工况下,织构排布存在最优方向。丰富了织构化表面最优参数的设计体系,对织构的高效应用起到了理论指导作用。
The texture has obvious anti-friction and anti-wear effects,and improves the stability of the oil film.This is due to the directional lubrication effect of the texture and the existence of the fluid diode effect,so that the direction of the texture arrangement has different effects on the anti-friction effect of the texture.In this paper,simulation calculation and test methods are used for testing,and a friction and wear test under mixed friction conditions is designed,and the friction coefficient and wear amount are used as evaluation methods to determine the optimal arrangement direction of asymmetric texture.The results show that reasonable texture arrangement direction can obviously change the friction reducing ability of texture.When the angle between the texture arrangement direction and the friction direction of the contact surface is close to 90°,the friction reduction efficiency of the texture is the highest.When the angle between the texture direction and the friction direction is close to 0°,the anti-friction effect of the texture is obviously weakened,and the efficiency of the texture is weakened.It has played a theoretical guiding role in the application of texture,and played a positive role in the efficient application of texture in the future.
