分段啮合型线摆线泵的设计及其动态分析

摘要 为缓解电动汽车里程焦虑,需提升其车桥润滑油泵效率。基于此设计一种应用于电动汽车车桥润滑系统的分段啮合型线摆线泵,与传统摆线泵相比,其具有接触力小和流量大的特点,改善了摆线泵的工作性能,提高了电动汽车的工作效率。分析了分段啮合型线摆线泵的理论排量,并基于功率键合图理论,建立了机液耦合动态模型。结果表明,该动态模型能有效表征分段啮合型线摆线泵的工作特性,与实验数据一致;同时可有效预测不同运行工况下的工作特性,为摆线泵的理论研究和工程设计提供一定参考。 In order to alleviate range anxiety of electric vehicles,the gerotor efficiency should be improved.This paper design the segmented meshing profiles cycloidal pump for the electric vehicle axle lubrication system.Compared with the traditional cycloidal pump,it has the characteristics of small contact force and large flow,which improves the working performance of cycloidal pumps and the working efficiency of electric vehicles.The theoretical displacement of the segmented meshing profiles cycloidal pump is analyzed,and the mechanical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model is established based on the power bond graph theory.The experimental results show that the dynamic model can effectively characterize the working characteristics of the segmented meshing profiles cycloidal pump,which is consistent with the experimental data.At the same time,the model can effectively predict the working characteristics under different operating conditions,providing a certain reference for theoretical research and engineering design of cycloidal pumps.
