摘要
文章充分利用已有的成熟框架和采集的业务数据,从影响移动用户感知的主要因素出发,首先确定用户感知目标,再具体细化KPI、KQI等数据指标,然后构建出用户感知模型,最后进行大数据的分析、处理,得知用户感知状况。结合小区下发生业务次数、用户规模计算得出基站建设优先级序列。通过优先对感知差、发生业务多和涉及用户多的小区进行建设,更精准地解决问题区域,提升5G用户感知。
In this paper,we make full use of the existing mature framework and collected business data,from the main factors affecting mobile user perception,first determine the user perception goals,and then detailed KPI,KQI and other data indicators,then the user perception model is constructed,and the user perception status is obtained by analyzing and processing the big data.The priority sequence of base station construction is obtained by calculating the service frequency and user scale.By prioritizing the construction of low-perceived,high-traffic and high-user-involved communities,more accurate problem-solving areas can enhance 5G user awareness.
