基于赋能理论的奥塔戈运动锻炼对老年脑卒中患者跌倒恐惧的效果研究

Effect of Otago Exercise Based on Empowerment Theory in Elderly Stroke Patients with Fear of Falling

目的:分析基于赋能理论的奥塔戈运动锻炼对老年脑卒中患者跌倒恐惧的影响。方法:选择2022年1-8月在夏津县人民医院康复医学科住院的70例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组35例。对照组实施常规防跌倒措施,干预组除了实施对照组常规措施外,还实施赋能理论指导下的奥塔戈运动锻炼。干预12周后,比较两组患者跌倒效能量表(MFES)得分、平衡能力量表(BBS)得分、计时起立-行走测试时间(TUGT)。结果:干预后,干预组患者MFES得分、BBS得分均明显高于干预前和对照组,干预组患者TUGT时间明显短于干预前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于赋能理论的奥塔戈运动锻炼能够提高老年脑卒中患者的跌倒效能,降低其跌倒恐惧心理,提高其平衡能力和移动能力。

Objective:To analyze the influence of Otago exercise based on empowerment theory in elderly stroke patients with fear of falling.Method:A total of 70 elderly stroke patients hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Xiajin County People’s Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given general fall prevention measures.In addition to the control group measures,the intervention group was implemented Otago exercise based on empowerment theory.After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of MFES and BBS and the time of TUGT were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of MFES and BBS in the intervention group were significantly higher than those before intervention and those in the control group,and the time of TUGT in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that before intervention and that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Otago exercise based on empowerment theory can improve the fall efficiency of elderly stroke patients,alleviate the patients’fear of falling,enhance the patients’balance ability and mobility.
