1938年7月到1939年2月国立西北工学院筹建期间,面临各种力量之间的博弈。如,筹备委员会组成和各学系人员评聘,校址的选择,实行院长制还是委员会制等,都是博弈的焦点。1939年初,李书田带领部分师生出走四川到达西康,是博弈中各种冲突积累到一定程度后的爆发。讨论国立西北工学院筹备时期各派力量的博弈,有助于充实对国立西北工学院的研究,认识抗战时期高等教育发展中走过的艰辛。

The Preparation of National Northwest Institute of Technology faced all kinds of game from July 1938 to February 1939. For example, the composition of the Preparatory Committee, the evaluation and appointment of the personnel of all departments, the choice of the school site and the implementation of the president system or the committee system are all the focus of the game. Li Shutian led some teachers and students for Sichuan to Xikang at the beginning of 1939 was an outbreak of various conflicts accumulated to a certain extent in the game. The paper discusses the game of various forces in the preparatory period of the National Northwest Institute of Technology, try to help enrich the research on the National Northwest Institute of Technology, and to understand the difficulties in the development of higher education during the Anti Japanese War.
