乡村振兴背景下新乡贤参与乡村治理的路径研究

中国传统社会有“乡贤治村”的传统,乡贤群体是中国传统社会结构中维护乡村社会秩序稳定的一股非常重要的力量。在漫长的历史演变中,乡贤群体不断发展壮大并在参与乡村公共事务中构建了极具特色的乡村治理模式,同时形成了内涵丰富的乡贤文化。在新时代背景下,传承“乡贤治村”的优良传统,发挥乡愁纽带吸引人,搭建良好有效平台使用人,建立保障激励机制留住人,引导以优秀精英为代表的“新乡贤”返乡建设桑梓、造福家乡,从而为实现乡村振兴提供强大动力。

Chinese traditional society has the tradition of“rural sages ruling the village”. As a very important force in Chinese traditional social structure, rural sages have played a very important role in maintaining the stability of rural social order. In the long historical evolution, the group of rural sages has been growing, and has constructed a distinctive rural governance model in participating in rural public affairs. At the same time, it has formed a rich culture of rural sages. In the context of the new era, we should inherit the fine tradition of“rural sages governing the village”, and guide the new rural sages,represented by outstanding elites, to return home to construct and benefit their homeland, so as to provide a strong driving force for the revitalization of the countryside.
