摘要
自2011年高职教育质量年报制度建立以来,质量年报在助推职业教育规范化、标准化、高质量发展,建立现代高职人才培养质量保障体系方面发挥了积极作用,但也仍然存在一些不足,制约了质量年报发挥更大作用,因此有必要对其本身质量进行系统分析并提出改进建议。根据年报中是否包括计分卡、学生反馈表、资源表、国际影响表、服务贡献表、落实政策表等6个表格数据内容来评判其质量,统计分析了2022年度全国1433所高职院校质量年报的规范性程度,针对存在的问题提出了相关建议。
Since the establishment of the quality annual report system of higher vocational education in 2011,it has played a positive role in promoting the normalization, standardization and high-quality development of vocational education and establishing the quality assurance system of modern higher vocational talent training.However, there are still some deficiencies that restrict the quality annual report to play a greater role.Therefore, it is necessary to systematically analyze its own quality and put forward suggestions for improvement. The quality of the annual report is appraised based on whether it includes the data content of six tables, namely "Scorecard", "Student Feedback Form", "Resources Form", "International Influence Form", "Service Contribution form" and "Implementation Policy Form". The normative degree of the quality annual report of 1433 higher vocational colleges nationwide in 2022 is statistically analyzed, and relevant suggestions are put forward for solving the problems.
