安徽省高职教育经济贡献率及影响因素研究

Research on the Contribution Rate of Higher Vocational Education to Economy and Its Influencing Factors in Anhui Province

高职教育是我国高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,了解高职教育对经济的贡献率和影响因素对提高高职人才培养效率具有重大意义。基于C-D生产函数模型,结合丹尼森因素分析法,测算安徽省“十五”到“十三五”期间高职教育对经济增长的贡献率,并对安徽省不同时期高职对经济增长贡献率的变化进行了纵向比较。同时利用波士顿矩阵方法探究“十三五”期间安徽省高职教育贡献率在全国地区所处水平。研究表明,“十三五”时期,安徽省高职教育的经济贡献率为2.3%,在全国范围内处于中等水平,高职教育投入、层次水平、规模水平及产业结构水平等因素对其有一定影响。为此,政府需要加大高职教育投入、优化高等教育结构,同时提高高职毕业生质量,提高高职教育与产业结构水平的适应性。

Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of higher education in China. Understanding the contribution rate and influencing factors of higher vocational education to economy is of great significance to strengthening the efficiency of higher vocational talent training. Based on the C-D production function model, combined with the Denison factor analysis method, this study calculates the contribution rate of higher vocational education to economic growth during the period from the "10th Five-Year Plan" to the "13th FiveYear Plan" in Anhui Province, and makes a longitudinal comparison of the changes of the contribution rate of higher vocational education to economic growth in different periods there. At the same time, the Boston matrix method is used to explore the level of the contribution rate of higher vocational education in Anhui Province in the whole country during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. The research shows that the economic contribution rate of higher vocational education in Anhui Province during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period is 2.3%, which is at the middle level nationwide. The factors such as the investment, hierarchy level, scale level and industrial structure level of higher vocational education in Anhui Province have a certain impact on it. Therefore, the government needs to increase investment in higher vocational education, optimize the structure of higher education, improve the quality of higher vocational graduates, and improve the adaptability of higher vocational education to the level of industrial structure.
