早期气管切开术在颅内出血治疗中的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of early tracheotomy in the treatment of intracranial hemorrhage

目的分析早期气管切开术在颅内出血治疗中的临床应用价值。方法80例颅内出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在接受常规治疗时采用早期气管切开术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良事件发生情况、住院时间及治疗后生活质量评分。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良事件发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间(21.41±2.06)d短于对照组的(28.57±3.13)d,生理机能评分(78.31±5.35)分、健康情况评分(81.25±4.51)分、社会功能评分(75.15±5.42)分、情感功能评分(78.24±5.12)分均高于对照组的(49.31±3.25)、(48.25±4.12)、(44.35±3.81)、(52.12±4.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于颅内出血患者,早期气管切开术可有效改善患者预后,治疗有效率显著提升,不良事件发生率降低,住院时间缩短,生活质量更高,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of early tracheotomy in the treatment of intracranial hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with intracranial hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with early tracheotomy while receiving conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse events,hospital stay and the quality of life score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay(21.41±2.06)d in the observation group was shorter than(28.57±3.13)d in the control group;the observation group had physical function score of(78.31±5.35)points,health condition score of(81.25±4.51)points,social function score of(75.15±5.42)points,and emotional function score of(78.24±5.12)points,which were higher than(49.31±3.25),(48.25±4.12),(44.35±3.81),and(52.12±4.52)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with intracranial hemorrhage,early tracheotomy can effectively improve patient prognosis,significantly improve the treatment efficiency,lower the incidence of adverse events,shorten the hospital stay and improve the quality of life of patients,which has high value of clinical application.
