摘要
目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响。方法80例妇科患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规尿液检查,观察组患者采用针对性阴道分泌物清除尿液检查。对比两组检验结果、相关临床指标,观察尿样结果。结果观察组的尿蛋白检出率5.0%、红细胞检出率2.5%、上皮细胞检出率0均低于对照组的17.5%、17.5%、12.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的尿液pH值(5.99±1.12)、蛋白质(0.42±0.02)g/L、尿糖(0.32±0.04)mmol/L均低于对照组的(6.85±0.87)、(1.23±0.18)g/L、(1.45±0.36)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者尿液颜色略深,且漂浮物较多;观察组患者尿液颜色较浅,且无漂浮物。结论对妇科患者实施尿常规临床检验时,阴道分泌物会影响检查结果,提高患者的尿蛋白检出率、红细胞检出率及上皮细胞检出率,降低患者各项尿液相关临床指标。
Objective To analyze the influence of vaginal secretions on the results of clinical routine urine test.Methods A total of 80 gynecological patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used routine urine test,and patients in the observation group used urine test for the removal of vaginal secretions.The test results,relevant clinical indexes were compared between the two groups,and the results of urine samples were observed.Results The detection rate of urinary protein,red blood cells and epithelial cells in the observation group were 5.0%,2.5%and 12.5%lower than 17.5%,17.5%and 12.5%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The urine pH(5.99±1.12),protein(0.42±0.02)g/L,and urine glucose(0.32±0.04)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than(6.85±0.87),(1.23±0.18)g/L,and(1.45±0.36)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The urine of the control group was slightly darker and there were more floating objects,and the urine of the observation group was lighter and there were no floating objects.Conclusion When performing clinical routine urine tests on gynecological patients,vaginal secretions will affect the test results,increase the patient’s detection rate of urine protein,red blood cell and epithelial cell,and lower the urine-related clinical indicators.
