健康教育联合PDCA循环在四肢骨折术后康复中的应用及对患者康复积极性的影响

Application of Health Education Combined with PDCA Circulation in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Limb Fracture and its Influence on Patients’ Recovery Enthusiasm

目的 探讨在四肢骨折术后康复中采用健康教育联合PDCA循环对患者康复积极性的临床影响。方法 从2018年1月至2022年10月在我院进行四肢骨折手术的患者中,抽取60例作为研究对象,根据入院时间进行分组,2018年1月至2019年12月入院的患者纳入对照组(30例),2020年1月至2022年10月入院的患者纳入观察组(30例),对照组和观察组采用的教育方法分别为常规健康教育、健康教育联合PDCA循环,对比两组的康复知识知晓率、康复积极性、护理前后的自我护理能力、肢体功能和生活质量。结果 观察组的康复知识知晓率和康复积极性均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理后的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理后的生活质量量表(WHOQOL)较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 在四肢骨折患者术后采用健康教育联合PDCA循环的效果较显著,不仅能提高其对康复知识的知晓程度,提升其康复积极性,还能加强其自我护理能力,推动其肢体功能的恢复,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of health education combined with PDCA cycle on patients’ recovery enthusiasm in the postoperative rehabilitation of limb fracture. Methods From January 2018 to October 2022, 60 patients who underwent limb fracture surgery in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the time of admission, the patients admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in the control group(30 cases). Patients admitted from January 2020 to October 2022 were included in the observation group(30 cases).The education methods used in the control group and the observation group were conventional health education and health education combined with PDCA cycle, respectively. The recovery knowledge awareness rate, recovery enthusiasm, self-care ability before and after nursing, limb function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge and enthusiasm of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The self-care ability scale(ESCA) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The score of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA) after nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The quality of life scale(WHOQOL) after nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education combined with PDCA circulation is significant in patients with limb fracture after surgery, which can not only improve their knowledge of rehabilitation, enhance their enthusiasm for rehabilitation, but also strengthen their self-care ability, promote the recovery of their limb function, improve their quality of life.
