整体护理在分泌性中耳炎围手术期听力护理中的效果

The Effect of Holistic Nursing in the Perioperative Hearing Care of Secretory Otitis Media

目的 分析观察分泌性中耳炎围手术期听力护理中采用整体护理取得的临床效果。方法 选择我院接诊的分泌性中耳炎患者84例为研究对象,时间为2018年4月至2019年4月。按照随机数表分组方法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组患者例数都为42例。所有患者均采取手术治疗,对照组患者辅助展开常规性护理措施,观察组患者实施整体护理方法。对照不同护理措施取得的临床效果。结果 (1)观察组(40例,占95.24%)经过护理后听力重建有效率明显比对照组(33例,占78.57%)更高(P<0.05)。(2)观察组(3例,占7.14%)护理后的并发症发生率明显比对照组(13例,占30.95%)低(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者护理前,存在严重的焦虑和抑郁情绪,疼痛较重,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,焦虑和抑郁情绪得到改善,疼痛有所减轻,但观察组较对照组更为理想(P<0.05)。(4)两组患者护理前,生活质量较差,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,生活质量均得到改善,但观察组较对照组更为理想(P<0.05)。(5)护理后观察组(41例,占97.62%)患者的整体满意度明显比对照组(34例,占80.95%)高(P<0.05)。结论 分泌性中耳炎围手术期听力护理中实施整体护理措施可提高听力重建有效率,还可减少患者负性情绪的产生,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者的生活质量,提高临床护理满意度。

Objective to analyze and observe the clinical effect of holistic nursing in perioperative hearing care of secretory otitis media.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019, 84 patients with secretory otitis media were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The number of patients in the control group and the observation group was 42. All patients were treated by operation,the control group was assisted by routine nursing measures, and the observation group was treated by holistic nursing. The clinical effects of different nursing measures were compared. Results(1) The effective rate of hearing reconstruction in the observation group(40 cases, accounting for 95.24%) after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(33 cases, accounting for 78.57%)(P<0.05).(2) The incidence of complications after nursing in the observation group(3 cases, accounting for 7.14%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(13 cases,accounting for 30.95%)(P<0.05).(3) Before nursing, the second group patients had severe anxiety and depression, and the pain was heavier, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression were improved, and the pain was relieved, but the observation group was more ideal(P<0.05).(4) Before nursing, the quality of life of the patients in the two groups was poor, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After nursing, the quality of life was improved, but the observation group was more ideal(P<0.05).(5) After nursing, the overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group(41 cases, accounting for 97.62%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(34 cases, accounting for 80.95%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing holistic nursing measures in perioperative hearing care for secretory otitis media can improve the efficiency of hearing reconstruction, reduce the generation of negative emotions, relieve pain, improve patients’ quality of life, and improve clinical nursing satisfaction.
