腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效和安全性对比

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Laparoscopy and Laparotomy in the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis

目的 对比并分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果,探讨其安全性。方法 选取92例2018年7月至2019年10月在我院治疗的急性阑尾炎患者,根据计算机排序单双数将其分为两组,各46例。对照组实施开腹手术治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组疗效及安全性。结果 观察组患者手术时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院时间等均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);在术后并发症方面,观察组(4.35%)低于对照组(19.57%)(P<0.05)。结论 临床上对急性阑尾炎患者进行治疗时,腹腔镜手术治疗优势明显,疗效显著、安全可靠。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis,and to explore its safety. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute appendicitis who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of computer sorting, each with 46 cases. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, time to get out of bed, anal exhaust time, eating time, hospitalization time, etc. of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had a low VAS score in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of postoperative complications, the observation group(4.35%) was lower than the control group(19.57%)(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with acute appendicitis, laparoscopic surgery has obvious advantages, significant curative effect, safe and reliable.
