梯度自旋回波容积扫描与快速自旋回波容积扫描两种磁共振胰胆管成像技术的对比

Comparison of Two Magnetic Resonance Pancreatic Bile Duct Imaging Techniques: Gradient Spin Echo Volume Scan and Fast Spin Echo Volume Scan

目的 对比梯度、快速自旋回波容积扫描两种磁共振胰胆管成像技术的效果。方法 选取2017年8月至2019年4月在本院接受治疗的102例胰胆管疾病患者,行梯度自旋回波容积扫描为A组,行快速自旋回波容积扫描为B组。所有患者均接受两种磁共振胰胆管成像技术检查,分析两组成像、诊断效果。结果 两组图像质量、CNR相近,对胆管癌、胆总管囊肿、胰头癌和肝段胆管结石的诊断正确率相近,P>0.05。两组伪影均少见,但A组少于B组,P<0.05;A组对胆囊管、胆囊、胆总管结石诊断明显好于B组,A组准确率高于B组,P<0.05。结论 梯度、快速自旋回波容积扫描的成像效果均较好,在呼吸运动好的情况下,快速自旋回波容积扫描可取得更好图像,梯度自旋回波容积扫描可减少呼吸运动伪影,且对胆囊、胆总管结石的诊断准确率更高,需合理选择。

Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of magnetic resonance pancreatic bile duct imaging techniques: gradient and fast spin echo volume scanning. Methods One hundred and two patients with pancreatic bile duct disease were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to April 2019.The spin gradient echo volume was scanned as group A and the rapid spin echo volume was scanned as group B. All the patients received two kinds of magnetic resonance pancreatic bile duct imaging techniques to analyze the imaging and diagnostic results of the two groups. Results The diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma, common bile duct cyst, pancreatic head carcinoma and hepatic bile duct calculi were similar, P>0.05. The artifacts were rare in both groups, and group A was less than group B, P<0.05. Group A had significantly better diagnosis of gallbladder duct, gallbladder and common bile duct stones than group B, and the accuracy rate of group A was higher than that of group B, P<0.05. Conclusion The imaging effect of the gradient and fast spin echo volume scan is better, and the rapid spin echo volume scan can obtain a better image under the condition of good respiratory movement.The gradient spin echo volume scan can reduce the respiratory motion artifact, and the diagnosis accuracy of gallbladder and common bile duct stone is higher.
