品管圈活动在提高哮喘儿童压力定量气雾剂+储雾罐使用正确率的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Improving the Using the PMDI + Storage Tank of Asthma Children

目的 通过品管圈活动提高哮喘儿童压力定量气雾剂+储雾罐(p MDI+S)的使用正确率。方法 选取厦门某三甲医院儿科呼吸门诊的哮喘儿童为研究对象,以2021年3月(活动前)就诊的72例患儿为对照组,2021年7月(活动后)就诊的98例患儿为观察组,对照组采用常规用药指导,观察组采用品管圈活动指导用药,比较两组患儿使用p MDI+S的正确率。结果 观察组患儿p MDI+S的使用正确率为87.8%,对照组患儿为37.5%,观察组正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.001),目标达成率为119.1%,进步率为134.1%,圈员综合素养得到全面提升。结论 实施品管圈活动可有效提高哮喘儿童p MDI+S的使用正确率,提升圈员专业技能,优化儿科门诊用药指导相关流程。

Objective To improve the correct use rate of p MDI+S in asthma children through the quality control circle activities. Methods The asthmatic children in the pediatric respiratory clinic of a tertiary hospital in Xiamen were selected as the research objects. Totally 72 children in March 2021(before activity) were selected as the control group, 98 children in July 2021(after activity) were selected as the study group. Adopted a conventional medication guide in the control group, and adopted the quality control circle activities to guidance drug in the study group, compared the the correct use rate of p MDI+S in two groups. Results the correct use rate of p MDI+S in the study group was 87.8%, and that in the control group was 37.5%, the correct rate of study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001). The target achievement rate was 119.1%, and the progress rate was 134.1%. The comprehensive level of circling members was fully improved. Conclusion The application of the quality control circle activities could improve the accuracy rate of using p MDI+S for the first time in children with asthma, improved the professional skills of the circling members, and optimized the relevant procedures of medication guidance for pediatric outpatients.
