摘要
目的 将罗哌卡因应用于临床麻醉中,分析患者的手术疼痛度改善状况,以提升临床应用价值。方法 试验选取了2019年1月至2020年12月开展硬膜外麻醉联合静脉麻醉的手术患者作为研究对象。通过回顾性分析对78例患者采用随机数字表法,以公平性开展为前提进行分组调查。对照组患者采用0.25%的罗哌卡因方案,观察组则为0.20%罗哌卡因方案,分析手术效果。结果从麻醉应用结果上看,观察组患者的术后24 h的视觉模拟疼痛度(VAS)评分为(4.00±1.20)分,对照组为(5.70±1.60)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后拔管时间、术后患者意识恢复以及自主呼吸恢复用时上,观察组患者分别为(19.60±5.50)min、(11.20±5.10)min和(7.20±4.10)min,对照组则为(20.10±5.80)min、(11.30±5.10)min和(7.20±4.20)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不良事件的发生率上,观察组的发生率为7.69%(3/39),而对照组则为12.82%(5/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心率、平均动脉压、脉搏氧饱和度对比中,两组患者术后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从整体情况来看,0.20%罗哌卡因能够保持术中患者血流动力学的稳定,且整体安全性高,更适合于麻醉维持。
Objective In the experiment, ropivacaine will be used in the clinical anesthesia, and the improvement of surgical pain will be analyzed to improve the clinical application value. Methods From January 2019 to December 2020, the patients who underwent epidural anesthesia combined with intravenous anesthesia were selected as the study objects. Through retrospective analysis, 78 patients were randomly divided into groups according to the principle of fairness. The patients in the control group were treated with 0.25% ropivacaine, while those in the observation group were treated with 0.20% ropivacaine. The surgical effect was analyzed. Results In terms of anesthesia application results, the pain score of visual analogue vas in 24 hours after operation in the observation group was(4.00±1.20) and that in the control group was(5.70±1.60). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). In the time of postoperative extubation, consciousness recovery and spontaneous respiration recovery, the patients in the observation group were(19.60±5.50) min,(11.20±5.10) min and(7.20±4.10) min, while those in the control group were(20.10±5.80) min,(11.30±5.10) min and(7.20±4.20) min, poor differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse events was 7.69%(3/39) in the observation group and 12.82%(5/39) in the control group(P<0.05). In the comparison of heart rate, mean arterial pressure and pulse oxygen saturation, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion From the overall situation, 0.20% ropivacaine can maintain the hemodynamic stability of patients during operation, and the overall safety is high, which is more suitable for anesthesia maintenance.
