血清胱抑素C在糖尿病肾病临床诊断中的价值和准确性

Diagnostic Value and Accuracy of Serum Cystatin C in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的 就糖尿病肾病的诊断方式进行分析,探讨血清胱抑素C对疾病诊断的临床价值,为疾病的早诊断提供有效的数据支持。方法 将2020年1月至2021年6月收入本院就诊的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为此次研究对象(观察1组),选取同期糖尿病无肾病患者为观察2组,80例。再选择健康体检者80名作为对照组,对比3组患者的血清胱抑素C以及肾功能指标。结果 观察1组和观察2组患者血清胱抑素C、肌酐清除率、血肌酐、尿素氮水平更高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察2组患者的血清胱抑素C、肌酐清除率、血肌酐、尿素氮水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察2组血清胱抑素C、肾小球滤过功能指标以及血清肌酐指标阳性率高于观察1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清胱抑素C可以作为糖尿病肾病的诊断依据,可充分反映患者的肾功能水平,对疾病早期诊断率高,有利于医师判断并采取有效治疗,遏制疾病发展。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic methods of diabetic nephropathy, to explore the clinical value of serum cystatin C in the diagnosis of disease, and to provide effective data support for the early diagnosis of disease. Methods Eighty diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study(observation group 1). During the same period, 80 patients with diabetes without nephropathy were selected as the observation group 2. An additional 80 healthy physical examiners were selected as the control group. Serum cystatin C and renal function indicators were compared between the three groups. Results The serum cystatin C, creatinine clearance, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were higher in the observation group 1 and the observation group 2, and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05). The serum cystatin C, creatinine clearance, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the two groups were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rates of serum cystatin C, glomerular filtration function index and serum creatinine index in the two groups were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusions Serum cystatin C can be used as the basis for the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, which can fully reflect the patient’s renal function level, and has a high rate of early diagnosis of the disease, which is conducive to physicians to judge and take effective treatment to curb the development of the disease.
