安全预警护理干预在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Safety Early Warning Nursing Intervention in Painless Endoscopy of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨安全预警护理干预在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年7月至2020年7月在本院进行无痛胃镜检查患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行无痛内镜安全预警护理干预,比较两组患者不良时间发生情况、并发症发生情况、患者护理满意度。结果 观察组不良事件的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.235,P=0.013)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.092,P=0.008)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.500,P=0.001)。结论 在老年糖尿病患者无痛胃镜检查期间行安全预警护理的效果理想。

Objective To explore the effect of safety early warning nursing intervention in painless endoscopy of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 112 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 56 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine nursing intervention, and the observation group underwent painless endoscopy safety early warning nursing intervention. The two groups of patients were compared with the occurrence of bad time, the occurrence of complications, and the satisfaction of patient care. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=6.235, P=0.013). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=7.092, P=0.008). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=10.500, P=0.001). Conclusion Safety early warning care during painless gastroscopy in elderly diabetic patients has an ideal application effect.
