激励式护理干预在学龄期儿童口鼻呼出气一氧化氮测定中的应用效果

摘要 目的 探讨针对处于学龄期阶段的儿童在测定其口鼻呼出气所含一氧化氮时运用激励式护理干预的效果。方法 选取处于学龄期阶段采取经口鼻呼出气测定一氧化氮的儿童共计100例,均为我院2022年1~12月予以收治,采用随机数表法分组处理,其中对照组针对所纳入的50例儿童运用常规干预模式,观察组针对所纳入的50例儿童运用激励式护理干预模式,就两组儿童治疗依从性评测评分、焦虑评测评分、呼气技巧掌握率、重测率、测试时间展开对比。结果 两组在开展干预前,经对治疗依从性指标、焦虑指标实施评测,评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在开展干预后,两组治疗依从性评分均有升高,焦虑评分均有降低,且相较对照组,观察组升高和降低程度更为显著(P<0.05)。经对观察组患儿呼气技巧掌握率展开观察,相较对照组居更高水平,经对重测率进行观测,相较对照组居更低水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组测试时间经观测相较对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论 针对处于学龄期阶段的儿童,在开展经口鼻呼出气测定一氧化氮操作时,重视施以激励式护理干预,可显著提升治疗依从性,减轻焦虑情绪,提高患儿呼气技巧掌握率,降低重测率,且可明显缩短测试时间。 Objective To explore the effect of motivational nursing intervention on the determination of nitric oxide in the breath of children in school age. Methods A total of 100 children in school age were selected, who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022. They were randomly divided into groups by using the method of digital table extraction. Among them, the control group used the conventional intervention model for 50 children, and the observation group used the incentive nursing intervention model for 50 children. The two groups were compared on the scores of treatment compliance evaluation, anxiety evaluation, breath skill mastery rate, retest rate and test time. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of treatment compliance indicators and anxiety indicators between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention,the scores of treatment compliance increased and the scores of anxiety decreased, compared with the control group, the increase and decrease in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05). Through observation on the mastery rate of children’s breath skills in the observation group, it was higher than that in the control group, and through observation on the retest rate, it was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The test time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Focusing on motivational nursing intervention in the process of measuring nitric oxide by oral and nasal exhalation for school-age children, it can significantly improve treatment compliance, reduce anxiety, improve children’s breath skill mastery rate, reduce retest rate, and significantly shorten the test time.
