颈脊神经后支脉冲射频联合盐酸替扎尼定治疗颈源性头痛患者的效果及对血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨颈脊神经后支脉冲射频与盐酸替扎尼定联合治疗颈源性头痛患者的效果。方法:选择2020年1月-2022年1月北京市大兴区中西医结合医院收治的颈源性头痛患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为参照组(40例)、试验组(40例)。参照组予以盐酸替扎尼定口服治疗,试验组在此基础上实施颈脊神经后支脉冲射频治疗。比较两组疗效、血浆一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)、关节活动度(ROM)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:试验组总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后ROM评分、VAS评分、PSQI评分、ET水平均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后NO均高于治疗前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸替扎尼定联合颈脊神经后支脉冲射频治疗颈源性头痛,可显著改善患者效果、关节活动度及血管内皮水平,并可促进患者疼痛症状的减轻,有利于提高患者睡眠质量。 Objective:To investigate the effect of pulsed radiofrequency on posterior ramus of cervical spinal nerve combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with cervicogenic headache.Method:A total of 80 patients with cervical headache admitted to Beijing Daxing District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,according to random number table method,they were divided into reference group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases).The reference group was treated with Tizanidine Hydrochloride orally,and the experimental group was treated with radiofrequency therapy of the posterior branch of cervical spinal nerve on this basis.The efficacy,plasma nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin(ET),range of motion(ROM)score,visual analog scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the ROM scores,VAS scores,PSQI scores and ET levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,NO in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tizanidine Hydrochloride combined with radiofrequency pulse of posterior branch of cervical spinal nerve in the treatment of cervical headache can significantly improve the effect,range of motion and vascular endothelial level of patients,and can promote the reduction of pain symptoms,and improve the quality of sleep of patients.
