经方柴胡黄芩芍药半夏甘草汤联合穴位贴敷治疗风寒湿阻型肩关节周围炎的效果

Effect of Jingfang Chaihu Huangqin Shoayao Banxia Gancao Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder with Wind-cold-damp Stagnation Type

目的:探讨风寒湿阻型肩关节周围炎患者应用经方柴胡黄芩芍药半夏甘草汤联合穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1-5月于九江市中医医院就诊的86例肩关节周围炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用经方柴胡黄芩芍药半夏甘草汤治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度、肩关节功能、肩关节活动度,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:经治疗,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分及肩关节主动和被动前屈、外展、后伸、内旋、外旋、内收均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应。结论:风寒湿阻型肩关节周围炎患者应用经方柴胡黄芩芍药半夏甘草汤联合穴位贴敷治疗可减轻疼痛,改善肩关节功能,且安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of patients with periarthritis of shoulder with windcold-damp stagnation type application Jingfang Chaihu Huangqin Shaoyao Banxia Gancao Decoction combined with acupoint application.Method:A total of 86 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the observation group was treated with Jingfang Chaihu Huangqin Shaoyao Banxia Gancao Decoction on the basis of the control group,and both of them were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The degree of pain,shoulder joint function and shoulder joint range of motion were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Result:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score,active and passive flexion,abduction,extension,internal rotation,external rotation and adduction of the shoulder joint were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The patients with periarthritis of shoulder with wind-cold-damp stagnation type application Jingfang Chaihu Huangqin Shaoyao Banxia Gancao Decoction combined with acupoint application can relieve pain,improve shoulder joint function,and it is safe and reliable.
