关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠两点穿刺对膝关节骨关节炎患者生存状态及功能恢复的影响

Influence of Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate by Two Point Puncture for Survival Status and Functional Recovery of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探究并比较关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠两点穿刺对膝关节骨关节炎患者生存状态及功能恢复的影响。方法:将2020年7月-2021年6月梧州市红十字会医院骨外科门诊就诊的膝关节骨关节炎患者120例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组60例和观察组60例。两组患者均采用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠进行治疗。对照组采用四点穿刺法,观察组采用两点穿刺法。比较两组的疼痛缓解时间、治疗效果的持续时间、治疗前后的骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC量表)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及世界卫生组织生存质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果:观察组的疼痛缓解时间短于对照组,治疗效果的持续时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的WOMAC量表评分、VAS评分及WHOQOL-BREF评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6、12个月观察组的WOMAC量表评分、VAS评分及WHOQOL-BREF评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠两点穿刺对膝关节骨关节炎患者生存状态及功能恢复的影响相对较好,其为更为适用于膝关节骨关节炎患者的治疗。

Objective:To investigate and compare the influence of intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate by two point puncture for survival status and functional recovery of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Orthopaedic Surgery Clinic of Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.Four-point puncture method was used in the control group,and two-point puncture method was used in the observation group.The time of pain relief,duration of treatment effect,WOMAC scale scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and WHOQOL-BREF scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of pain relief of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the duration of treatment effect was longer than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the WOMAC scale scores,VAS scores and WHOQOL-BREF scores of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).WOMAC scale scores,VAS scores and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group at 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two point puncture injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in joint cavity has a relatively good effect on the survival state and functional recovery of patients with knee osteoarthritis,which is more suitable for the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
