坤泰胶囊治疗子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征的效果及对E2、FSH、β-EP、5-HT的影响

Effect of Kuntai Capsules on Menopausal Syndrome After Endometrial Carcinoma Surgery and Its Influence on E2,FSH,β-EP and 5-HT

目的:探究坤泰胶囊治疗子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年5月于清远市人民医院妇科门诊就诊的94例子宫内膜癌根治术后绝经综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组予以一般治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组临床效果、症状改善情况、睡眠质量、生存质量、神经-内分泌指标变化及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗4、8、12周后改良Kupperman指数(KMI)、围绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊治疗子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征取得较好效果,患者临床症状明显减轻,神经-内分泌功能显著改善,临床意义较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsules on menopausal syndrome after endometrial carcinoma surgery.Method:A total of 94 patients with menopausal syndrome after endometrial carcinoma radical surgery who visited the Gynaecology Clinic of Qingyuan People’s Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given general treatment,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,symptom improvement,sleep quality,life quality,neuro-endocrine indexes changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the Kupperman menopausal index(KMI),menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire(MENQOL)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)andβ-endorphin(β-EP)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai Capsules has achieved good results in the treatment of menopausal syndrome after endometrial carcinoma surgery,and the clinical symptoms of patients have been significantly alleviated,and the neuroendocrine function has been significantly improved,which has high clinical significance.
