黄芪汤合参苓白术散加减治疗肺脾气虚肠易激综合征(便秘型)的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Constipation Type)of Deficiency of Lung-spleen Qi with Huangqi Decoction and Shenling Baizhu Powder

目的:探讨黄芪汤合参苓白术散加减治疗肺脾气虚肠易激综合征(便秘型)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的72例肺脾气虚肠易激综合征(便秘型)患者,随机将上述患者分为治疗组和对照组,各36例,治疗组予黄芪汤合参苓白术散加减,1剂/d,分2次口服;对照组予利那洛肽胶囊,1粒/d,首餐前30 min口服。两组均连续治疗4周,停药4周进行随访。观察两组治疗前后主要症状评分及生活质量评分,评价两组临床疗效。结果:与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后腹痛不适、10 d内平均腹痛发作次数、评估时腹胀程度、大便满意度、生活困扰度评分明显降低(P<0.05);生活质量评分明显降低(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组各项症状评分及生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.4%(34/36),对照组为72.2%(26/36),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪汤合参苓白术散加减可明显改善肺脾气虚肠易激综合征(便秘型)患者的主要症状,提高其生活质量,临床疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of irritable bowel syndrome(constipation type of Deficiency of lung-spleen Qi with Huangqi Decoction and Shenling Baizhu Powder.Method:From January 2021 to January 2022,72 patients with irritable bowel syndrome(constipation type)of deficiency of lung-spleen Qi were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases each.The treatment group was given Huangqi Decoction and Shenling Baizhu Powder,two times a day,one dose each time.The control group was given Linaclotide Capsules,and one capsule was taken 30 minutes before the first meal every day.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks and followed up 4 weeks after drug withdrawal.The main symptom scores and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Result:Compared with the scores before treatment,the scores of abdominal pain discomfort,the average number of abdominal pain episodes within 10 days,abdominal distension at the time of assessment,stool satisfaction and life distress in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),the quality of life score decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and quality of life in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.4%(34/36)in the treatment group and 72.2%(26/36)in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huangqi Decoction and Shenling Baizhu Powder can improve the main symptoms of patients with irritable bowel syndrome(constipation type)of Deficiency of lung-spleen Qi,improve their quality of life,and has satisfactory clinical efficacy,which is worth promoting.
