胃苏颗粒治疗老年慢性胃炎的效果及对炎症因子、胃黏膜保护功能的影响

Effect of Weisu Granules on Elderly Chronic Gastritis and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors and Gastric Mucosal Protection Function

目的:探讨胃苏颗粒对老年慢性胃炎患者炎症因子和胃黏膜保护功能的影响。方法:选取南安市总医院梅山分院2019年2月-2021年2月临床收治的老年慢性胃炎患者200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予常规三联疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上给予胃苏颗粒治疗。对两组炎症因子指标、胃黏膜保护功能指标和临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果:治疗前,两组各项炎症因子指标和胃黏膜保护功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各项炎症因子指标和胃黏膜保护功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用胃苏颗粒治疗老年慢性胃炎,能够有效改善患者炎症状态,提高胃黏膜保护功能及临床疗效,是临床治疗实践中的理想方案之一。

Objective:To explore the effect of Weisu Granules on inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal protective function in elderly patients with chronic gastritis.Method:A total of 200 elderly patients with chronic gastritis who were admitted to the Meishan Branch of Nan’an General hospital from February 2019 to February 2021were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a research group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine triple therapy,and the research group was given Weisu Granules on the basis of the control group.The indexes of inflammatory factors,gastric mucosal protective function and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the indexes of inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal protective function(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal protective function in the research group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 94.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly chronic gastritis with Weisu Granules can effectively improve the inflammatory state of patients,improve the gastric mucosal protective function and clinical efficacy,which is one of the ideal schemes in clinical treatment practice.
