摘要
功能近红外光谱(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)已被应用于癫痫中,是探索成人、儿童痫性活动血流动力学及氧合的有力工具,不仅对致痫灶定位和指导外科手术前的功能区定位有重要意义,而且还可以客观评价癫痫所致的认知障碍。术中fNIRS能检测皮层-皮层活动,以期成为术中评估的可靠工具。文章就fNIRS在上述方面的应用进行总结加深人们对癫痫的理解及拓展癫痫的临床研究。
Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)has been applied to epilepsy,and it is a powerful tool to explore the hemodynamics and oxygenation of epileptic activities in adults and children.It is not only of great significance to locate seizure focus and guide the functional area positioning before surgery,but also can objectively evaluate the cognitive disorder caused due to epilepsy.Intraoperative fNIRS can detect cortical-cortical activity,hope for become a reliable tool for intraoperative assessment.This paper summarizes the application of fNIRS in the above aspects to deepen people’s understanding of epilepsy and expand the clinical research of epilepsy.
